About UsCST is a very effective, gentle hands-on approach which aims to release tensions, both physical and emotional.
In a session the patient will lie fully dressed on the treatment couch and the therapist will make a very light hand contact. The aim is to listen to the different rythms in your body.
It can be used for a variety of conditions: muscular aches and strains, stress related conditions or just for relaxation.
Tai chi is a Chinese method of exercise for health, self-defense and spiritual growth. Graceful in movement, slow in tempo, relaxed yet dynamic, Tai Chi is a "moving meditation" that rejuvenates the body, mind and spirit.
Regular Tai Chi practice improves your posture, flexibility and balance. Develops physical strength, concentration, emotional calm and serenity.
