About Us

Based near Hastings in East Sussex, Holistic Meadow offers holistic massage in an unusual setting, within a beautiful canvas yurt. Set in 20 acres of beautiful farmland on the edge of a wood near Hastings, this eco friendly setting is the perfect place to unwind and receive a tailor made massage to suit your individual needs and to balance your well-being spiritually, physically and mentally, whilst listening to the sounds of nature.

Using organic cold pressed oils blended especially for you containing vitamins and minerals to nourish and enrich your skin. Listen to the sounds of nature and breathe the aroma of the flowers and grass cocooned within the canvas of the yurt and warmed by the wood burning stove.

I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher and hold one to one or small group classes in my Yoga Yurt set within the Woodland. I teach yoga to the principals of Vanda Scaravelli - being good to ourselves and creating space and freedom in our bodies. I am happy to work within your abilites and to suit the needs of your body.

In June and August 2018 I am holding Yoga days at Holistic Meadow for a small group of 8 people. Spaces still available at the Aug 11th day. Contact me for info.

We are launching our newly converted stables as a small secluded retreat for 2 people this year. Come and relax within our woodland stables and you have the option to have a massage or yoga session if you wish too. Contact me at holisticmeadow@outlook.com
