About Us
I am a qualified holistic therapist specialising in Reiki and Swedish, sports or Indian head massageReiki or universal life energy is based on the premise that illness is caused by a disruption in the body’s energy field which Reiki rebalances.
You remain fully clothed relaxing on a massage couch or sitting if that is more comfortable
I may then rest my hands lightly and gently on your body in a sequence of positions or work away from the body.
People often report feeling intense heat.
Reiki can be used to relieve the symptoms of chronic illnesses such as insomnia or back pain and often produces long-term beneficial changes.
Most clients report the treatment promotes a sense of well being.
Massage can be relaxing as with Swedish massage or deep tissue to release knots and tension. Essential aromatic oils can be used as required.

£30 for an hour or portion thereof for either massage or Reiki
