20+ years experience as a qualified and experienced practitioner in Bucks, Berks and London. A mobile therapist that offers thai yoga massage, sports massage/deep tissue, abdominal massage, yoga instruction, integrated nutrition and homeopathy. For those that prefer clinic locations - I am also based at Triyoga Chelsea (London's leading yoga studio) on Sundays and Triyoga Ealing on Friday/Saturdays, as well as local clinics in Bucks. I am also a thai yoga massage teacher, teaching in London, and internationally. Yoga classes are held in Buckinghamshire. I have a passion for movement, the human body and energy based therapies.
