About Us

I am a fully qualified Complementary and Beauty Therapist. I try to offer my clients as Natural, treatments wherever possible and most products used are vegan, animal friendly, ethical and Organic.
I specialise in holistic body treatments including Reflexology, Infertility and Post Natal Reflexology, Reflexology and Cancer/paliative care, Spinal Reflexology, Aromaflex, Crystal Reflexology, Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Onsite Massage, Diet & Nutrition, Lymphatic Drainage, Tsuboki Japanese Facial Massage, Natural Lift Regeneration Facial Massage, Hot /Cold Stones, Exfoliation and Inch Loss Body Wraps.
I use disposable materials wherever possible including liners in the pedicure foot baths to minimise contamination.
I am upgrading and expanding my qualifications rapidly and hope to offer at a later date; deep tissue massage and sports massage
I am a member of Embody, The Complementary Therapists Association, The Federation of Holistic Therapists and a full member of The Association of Reflexologists (MAR). I have also attended several postgraduate courses in Reflexology including 'Dwight Byers' Advanced & Specialist Professional Proficiency Reflexology Seminar to learn new techniques in order to help my clients with their problems.
I am mobile and also available for 'Therapy at Work' treatments, care/residential homes, school fairs, well being days, charity events, promotional events, etc.
I volunteer at the Cherry Lodge cancer centre in Barnet and have completed a course in Clinical Skills for Therapists at The Royal Free Hospital in London working within a hospital environment. I have been involved in NHS events and also various well being /pamper days including The London College of Fashion, Other colleges, libraries, schools etc.
