About Us

As a therapist and teacher, I have been working with complementary therapies since 1999.

I have studied many forms of massage over the years. Having spent well over a thousand hours massaging hundreds of people from all walks of life, I have become a skilled intuitive and empathic body worker of the type that can only be gained through many years of hands on practical experience. I am well qualified and knowledgeable in several styles of massage including; Aromatherapy, Chavutti Thirumal, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy, Reflexology, Sports and Traditional Thai.

Acupuncture and massage may be used to treat a wide range of problems both physical and emotional. Gentle relaxing treatments such as Swedish and full body massage are also available for those who simply wish to unwind and relax at the end of a busy day. I work from a professional clinic which is conveniently located in central Hove with appointments available Tuesday and Wednesday until 8pm, Thursday 10am-3pm, Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.

As an experienced Yoga Teacher, I passionately believe in exercise and rehabilitation from injury and illness based on my own experience of healing myself with Therapeutic Yoga.
