Reiki teacher level 1 to master and teach small groups and individual students. I also offer Indian head massage also hopi ear candle treatments. I am a qualified Tai Chi for health teacher,offer classes and courses in Tai Chi and Chi Kung.
I specialise in seated tai chi and chi kung for people with limited mobility and for those living with dementia. I am also qualified in water based tai chi, particularly in hydrotherapy pools.
One to one and small group tai chi tuition available upon request.


I believe that Tai Chi and all of it's many health benefits should be made accessible to all. Personal tuition also available.
Chi Kung workshop on 17th September 2011. This workshop is particularly suitable for therapists and also tai chi beginners. It is a 3 hour practical course that will teach you both standing and seated versions of "Fa Soong Gong" chi kung set. Handouts and a DVD are also provided as well as refreshments. Cost £15 limited places available. Venue: The Summerlin Centre, 138, Station Road, Woburn Sands, MK178SG. Time: 1.30pm to 4.30pm
