Specialist Reflexology treatments include pre-conceptual and pregnancy care. Training is also provided to parents to enable them to use reflexology techniques on their babies to help with colic, teething, feeding and sleeping problems.

Centrally located in the East Midlands, convenient for Leicester, Tamworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley and Ashby.

Usui Reiki Courses (all levels) are held regularly throughout the year, together with Dowsing for Health training days.
