About Us

I can provide complementary therapies in your workplace or at a Pamper Party in your home.

The therapies that are available are Indian Head Massage, Holistic Massage (Ladies only), Reflexology (Foot or Hand), Reiki , Thai Foot Massage, Thai Reflexology, Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candles).

I can teach Baby Reflex to parents who wish to use reflexology on their own children. This can be taught either on a one to one basis or as a small group.

I am also a qualified Relax Kids Teacher and can provide classes in your nursery/school within school hours or as an after school activity. Classes are for children between age 4 - 9 and give children a unique & magical experience as they relax their bodies & minds while using their imagination.The class includes music & movement, simple yoga stretches, peer massage, breathing & visualisations which help children improve their self confidence & self-esteem.
