The BodyWorkshop is a friendly health and well-being company offering a wide range of rejuvenating massage treatments at our beautiful therapy room based in the historic Royal Arsenal development, Woolwich.

Massage treatments include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Couple's Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Thai Foot and Hand Massage, Pregnancy/Post-Natal and Indian Head Massage.

Other holistic treatments offered by our specialised practitioners include Reflexology, Reiki and Natural Facials.

Many treatments are offered as home visits, so you can relax in the comfort of your own home with no travel or parking hassles... Areas covered include Woolwich, Plumstead, Abbey Wood, Greenwich, Canary Wharf & Docklands, Blackheath, Shooters Hill and Central London.

On-Site Chair Massage and Indian Head Massage are energising massage treatments and are extremely popular choices for corporate events, parties or the workplace.
