About Us

I am a fully qualified and insured Complementary Therapist, offering Holistic Massage and Hopi Ear Candles as well as Meridian Energy Therapies, which are EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and EmoTrance. These are simple energy techniques which release resistance and held states in the body enabling the natural healing power of the body to work freely.

The Meridian Energy Therapies are simple to learn and use in a clinic setting and as a self help tool and in my view are second to none in the treatment for anxiety, fears, phobias, panic attacks, trauma, PTSD, and the small irritations of life as well. I have found the combination of massage with EFT and EmoTrance can really assist the rapid healing of some chronically painful conditions, such as residue of past injuries. The treatment of fears and phobias with EFT is very gentle and simple and does not ask courage or willpower of the client, unlike some other phobia treatments.

I treat my clients holistically, which is to say I look at them as a whole person taking into account their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social aspects, not merely their individual symptoms.
