I am a working mum, graduate with a commercial background including years in recruitment, staff training and development and as a board-level PA.

Witnessing at first hand the stresses and strains placed on our minds and bodies by stress, illness and injury inspired me to retrain as a Therapist, qualifying with ITEC (Embody) in 2002. I am aware that the benefits of massage apply to all: young or old, healthy or otherwise. Even more serious conditions like arthritis, MS, Parkinsons etc can benefit.

Massage soothes away troubles, leaving you relaxed, calm, with a wonderful sense of well-being. An Aromatherapy treatment adds extra benefit, enveloping you in a healing, balancing, fragrant cocoon: leaving you energised and invigorated. I use a variety of techniques including Myofascial Release (Jing-trained), Trigger Point Therapy, STR, Deep Tissue and Remedial Swedish.

My Aromatherapy or Neal's Yard Remedies Organics facials leave your skin glowing and refreshed: no chemicals - great for sensitive/mature skin.

I am an Independent Consultant for Neal's Yard Remedies Organic Skincare (NYRO).

I also consult and sell for Studio 10 Beauty, makeup for the 40+ skin.

I cover Godalming, Milford, Farnham, Haslemere, Guildford and surrounding villages.
