I became interested in Complementary Therapies in the mid 1980's due to my own dis-ease. I began my training in 1988 with Reflexology, quickly followed by Reiki I and Reiki II, later becoming a Teacher/Master. I also worked at a Social Worker for a number of years and have a Post-graduate Certificate in Counselling. I have also studied Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and my favourites CranioSacral Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques. I thoroughly love my work and am continually updating my skills.
