I offer therapeutic massage and 'On-Site' massage (seated acupressure massage).

Therapeutic massage: After a brief confidential consultation, I will devise a treatment pattern for your individual requirements. The pressure can be as deep as you like. Beneficial for a multitude of conditions e.g migraines, sports/muscle injury, back pain, hypertension, pregnancy or just relaxation.

On-Site massage: a 25 minute treatment, working on pressure points on the upper body. Received fully clothed, it addresses problems associated with PC use, e.g. stiff shoulders/ neck, lower back pain, work-related stress, headaches, migraines, RSI.

Based in Tring, I have a treatment room in my home. I am also mobile.
In addition, I have corporate clients based in Canary Wharf, St Pancras, Tring and Central London for whom I provide On-Site massage on a regular basis. If you are interested in having this service available in your workplace, please do not hesitate to contact me.
