About Us

Whilst working in Human Resources I became fascinated by psychology and the power of the mind over the body. I soon realised that combining meditation with massage opened up whole new worlds of healing, and I moved on to qualify as a Reiki Master.

The holistic principle guided me to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the practical study of how accelerating positive thinking and eradicating negative responses can radically improve people's approach to life and health. When using NLP with clients to facilitate change, clients are sometimes in a light hypnotic trance. We are all in a trance at some point during the day i.e. driving your car, watching TV. Therefore, the next stage in my development was to qualify as a Hypnotherapist and subsequently, Advanced Hypnotherapst and Hypno-Healer.

I now teach massage at the Adult Education Centre as well as having my own practice.
