About Us

Defragment your mind, turn off programs running in the background of your life, and increase your random access memory with The Trager Approach. Deeply relaxing and enjoyable to receive, The Trager Approach develops and integrates the relationship between the body and mind, helping you to attain your potential.

Trager is a psychophysical therapy: we work with the body to reach the mind. It is especially effective in releasing neuromuscular conditions such as recovery from accidents, injuries, operations, impinged nerves, stroke rehabilitation, ME and many other conditions.

I originally trained as a violinist and for 11 years I gave Trager sessions at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. I am highly experienced in working with musicians and singers, helping them become more comfortable and effective in performance.
