About Us

I studied Anatomy and Physiology between 1994 and 1999 whilst learning different massage techniques.Reflexology and the uses and properties of essential oils at Aberdeen College.Examinations in these subjects were conducted under the auspices of the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC). In 1999 I embarked on a post-graduate course in Cranio Sacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute and Visceral Manipulation with Jean-Pierre Barral, which still continues to this day.
