About Us

Shiatsu can be used to treat many physical and/or emotional conditions, including back, neck and shoulder problems, headaches and migraines, depression (including post-natal), anxiety and stress.

I qualified as a shiatsu practitioner in 2002 and am currently based at the Evergreen Wellness Centre in Letchworth, Herts, although I am also happy to do home visits in Herts and Beds.
I can also come to your office with my specially designed chair for shiatsu-based onsite massage (back, neck, shoulders and head).
