Based from our tranquil countryside location by M6 j19 & M56 j7/8, The H Club is ideally situated to promote wellbeing and healthy lifestyle to individuals & businesses across the UK.With over 120 member practitioners, The H Club offers a wide range of wellbeing services, including various forms of remedial and relaxation massage, stress management techniques, nutrition, aromatherapy, reflexology, first aid training, fitness and lifestyle consultancy from various locations and venues across the UK.
Our services include well-being screening and practitioner locator services. We co-ordinate teams to deliver work-place treatments, work-life balance, stress management and health promotion workshops, talks, promotional activities, staff rewards and home-based wellbeing pamper-parties.
We also offer Appointed Person First Aid Training and Health & Safety executive approved Emergency First Aid & First Aid at Work certificated courses for therapists, child care workers, sports groups & company personnel.
